Learning Disabilities
Circle of Care are proud to support clients living with Learning Disabilities.
Our aim is to support you to live as dignified a life as possible in the community, with personalised services designed to meet your individual and unique needs.
We can and will support you if live in Supported Living Accommodation, but you wish to pursue other activities outside of its confines. Whether you live independently in your own home, in a supported living type of accommodation or with your parents or relatives, our support staff can assist you to achieve your personal goals and ambitions within the wider community.
We will work closely with you, your family, your Care Managers and other specialist people involved in your care. We will support you in a person-centred way to meet any realistic and achievable goals that you may have. By “independent goals”, we mean activities like shopping, using public transport, or visiting your chosen place of worship, be it mosque, church, temple or synagogue.
