Whilst I was explaining to the client the purpose of the annual questionnaire, he stopped me and said “there is no need to go any further. I can easily sum this all up in one word, EXCELLENT!!” he virtually took over the rest of the conversation by saying “I am extremely pleased with the Carer, she does her work perfectly, look at the place, and she is very nice to me, as for the support and care I’m getting, I have not one complaint”

Mr M. C's daughter sent a Christmas Card to the Carer and this what he said: "Just a little something from Australia to say thank you for looking after my Dad. He speaks about you all the time, he tells me what a wonderful person you are and that helps me knowing that he is in good hands. You people do a wonderful job looking after people that can't look after themselves. I know Dad looks forward to seeing you every day. Take care and once again thank you".

Grand Daughter, Claudia, emphasized how pleased, relieved and grateful she is, and can finally be confident about the care and support given to her Grandmother. She says “I no longer have to fret and rush back anxiously from work or wherever I am because of not knowing if my Grandmother is ok”. She added that “because of Circle of Care, I was able pass my driving test first time, because I did my lessons consistently, and stress free. I have even recommended Circle of Care to a friend who is caring for her Father”.

Son, Ian Hopkins said “Circle of Care, and especially the Carer, have been doing so much for my father, more than expected and required, even before the  care service was increased, the Carer was already doing more time than Social Service agreed. They are fantastic”. When asked if he could complete the questionnaire he replied “I need a lot more space on the form for detailed answers, so I will have to do it via email”.

From the day she walked into our home, it is like a breath of fresh air; she is wonderful.  I feel so at ease when she is around, my husband got on well with her too; like a real friend or family friend. For you to have such a Carer, you have got a gold mine. I wish all your Carers would be like this lovely lady. God bless her and you count your blessings. "Dear Patience, I am writing this letter to thank you for providing such a wonderful Care Worker who has so much passion for caring for people and providing 'an Excellent Service' to my son. For example: talking to him when he is feeling down at times and doing more than is expected of her. For example; encouraging N.S to go out more and take charge of his life. Her time keeping and attendance is excellent. As well as being a valued member of your staff team, she is also a valued member of my family. She has eased the pressure when it comes to my son's care needs and we hope to continue to have her support.

Ms H. B's daughter said: "We were recommended to use a company called Circle of Care's Service. A few Carers were sent for my Mum to choose from, by a lovely lady called Patience. For me it was imperative that my Mum is comfortable and connected with the Carer, since it was her first time having an outsider to support her. Then all of a sudden, a knock at our door, accompanied by Patience and we said: 'she is the one'
My Mum calls her Marvellous, she also calls her Wonderful, she said: She doesn't live for herself alone, but puts others first".

Says "Carers who provide my care have the knowledge, skills and experience that meet my health and welfare needs. We get a quick response from the Agency whenever we call and we are listened to. My daughter is very happy with the Carers and have had the same Carers since we started".
